1. About Lesbet

Lesbet is a peer-to-peer prediction platform that allows users to create and participate in bets using virtual tokens. Lesbet tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not a form of cryptocurrency or financial instrument. By using Lesbet you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. Lesbet reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this rule without notice.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• When you delete your account your token balance is held for 90 days. If you re-register with the same email within that period your balance will be restored. After 90 days your data is permanently deleted and you receive a fresh welcome grant.
• You may not sell, transfer, or share your account.

4. Tokens

• New users receive a welcome grant of tokens upon registration.
• Tokens are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
• Tokens cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Lesbet may adjust token balances or grants at any time.

5. Bets

• Bet creators set the stake, maximum number of takers, and resolution date.
• Joining a bet locks your stake immediately.
• Bets are resolved by Lesbet administrators after the resolution date based on the real-world outcome. The creator's stated outcome is the basis for resolution.
• If a bet expires without being resolved it will be marked expired and stakes refunded.
• Disputed bets are reviewed by administrators whose decision is final.
• Lesbet is not responsible for incorrect or fraudulent bet descriptions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create bets with false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Collude with other users to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Create multiple accounts to gain extra welcome tokens.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.

7. Termination

Lesbet may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Token balances are forfeited upon termination for misconduct.

8. Disclaimers

Lesbet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Since tokens have no monetary value, Lesbet is not a gambling service and is not subject to gambling regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lesbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
